The unique “one-stop-shop” approach allows for rates that are on average 40 percent lower than industry standards, for a commitment to the client’s needs, which is at least equal to that of the leading agencies. The booking, planning, production and performance of the engagement are all executed by the agency, for one price. As a matter of business ethics, Jean-Paul Monsché Music Services limits to a minimum overhead costs. No expensive Beverly Hills office suites, no “middle man” mark-ups.

-Acts range from a solo instrumentalist to a full big band, (DJs also available) in large variety of styles, including Salsa, R&B/Soul, Swing, Brazilian, 60s, 70s, 80s, Funk, Lounge, Continental, Jazz, as well as Classical and more... We will fit the occasion, whether it is dancing, background listening, or business.

-Production includes a sound system (sound engineer upon request), site inspection (when possible, for in-town engagements), space planning, troubleshooting and stage lighting (upon request).

-Booking services include extended office hours, professional contractual agreements, years of experience and... Flexibility.
